In order to support your patients who may be less confident with digital health services and the NHS App, you may wish to direct them to digital drop-in sessions:

ClearCommunityWeb: Anerley

Offer digital drop-in sessions that help people to feel more confident and comfortable using technology to access the internet. They work primarily with older people, vulnerable adults and carers.

They currently have a drop in session at:

Address: Anerley Town Hall, SE20 (with Citizens Advice Bureau)
On: Mondays 11am-1pm
Further details: [email protected], Tel: 07523 646 277

Housebound residents can also be referred for critical home support.
