Shared Care Agreements – Knoll Medical Practice
At Knoll Medical Practice, our priority is providing safe, effective, and comprehensive care to our NHS patients.
With this in mind, we have made the decision not to accept shared care agreements from private healthcare, including right to choose providers.
Taking on responsibility for prescriptions and clinical care initiated by a private healthcare provider, could potentially lead to clinical risks if adverse reactions or complications arise.
If an NHS prescription cannot be issued, medication can still be obtained privately. It is advisable that patients consider the costs of medication and associated monitoring, before arranging private healthcare or requesting a right to choose referral to a private provider.
