Important Update Regarding Leaks at the Surgery
Following our previous communication, we regret to inform you that the leaks affecting the surgery have significantly escalated.
While we are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, it has necessitated some temporary alterations to our services. For the time being, our main reception area will be closed and temporarily relocated downstairs.
Please be assured that all scheduled appointments will proceed. However, to ensure your safety and facilitate ongoing services, you may be seen in different rooms throughout the building. We will have additional staff on hand to guide you through approved routes. We appreciate your understanding and patience with these temporary changes.
Unfortunately, it may take some time to fully restore services. In the meantime, we kindly request that you continue to contact us by phone for any enquiries to help us minimise the number of people attending the surgery in person.
If you are checking in for an appointment please speak to our receptionists downstairs or utilise the QR codes provided for online check-in.
If you need to collect a blood test form and do not have an appointment tomorrow (Friday 2 May) or in the immediate future, we would be grateful if you could postpone collecting the form until full access to our reception is restored. This will help our temporary reception team manage patient flow effectively during this period of disruption.
We will continue to provide updates as we work with the relevant teams to resolve this issue and restore normal services. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during this challenging time.
